3 3 1. Access to the Unified Recording Service To access the System, enter the network path in the address bar of the browser 2. Authorization To authorize in the System using the Login and Password, you must: 1. Enter the Login and Password 2. Click Login. IMPORTANT. When entering a password, you must pay attention to the case of the characters entered. INFORMATION. If you do not have a login and password, you must write to the Unified Recording Service Support Service for a registration request

Information about the organization The Unified Record Service for reference displays basic information about the organization received from the departmental system of the Moscow Department of Education (EKIS): To view information about the organization, you must perform the following steps: 1. In the top menu, select the Information about the organization section. 2. The Information about the educational organization page displays the following basic information: Full name; Short title; TIN; checkpoint; OGRN; Type of organization; Full name of the head; Job title; Telephone; ; Website; Legal address; Places where services are provided.

5 5 4. Adding a children's association To add a children's association, you must: 1. In the main menu, select the Register of Children's Associations section.

6 6 2. Click the Add children's association button. 3. Specify the name of the children's association. 4. Select the type of activity of the children's association being created in the Register of basic areas of additional education. To do this, start typing the name of the type of activity in the Type of activity field and select it from the proposed list. 5. Fill in the fields: Program level; Duration of the training program; Basic form of classes; Hours per week; Gender and age; IMPORTANT. In accordance with the age specified in this section, applications will be accepted on the Portal of state and municipal services (functions) of the city of Moscow. Only for students of this educational organization (if necessary); Description of the children's association. NOTE. Details of the children's association with a sign are displayed on the Portal of state and municipal services (functions) of the city of Moscow. 6. Specify the type of financing. If necessary, specify the Payment Period and Cost. 7. Specify the time of the classes:

7 7 a) general (if the schedule is known in advance). For the general schedule, you must indicate the days of the week: Weekdays (Weekends), as well as the time: morning/afternoon/evening or exactly “from” to “to”. b) For a detailed schedule by day of the week, you must click Detail and set a schedule for each day of the week, indicating the time of classes by day of the week; c) clarified during the enrollment process (if the schedule is not known in advance). 8. Indicate the full name and telephone number of the contact person (start typing the last name and select from the list provided). The list displays employees of the organization who have the “Contact Person” attribute set in the Register of Teachers (Section 8); 9. Select Class Address 1; 10. Specify Document Reception Places: Select the document reception place (from the document reception places of organization 2); If necessary, change the schedule for receiving documents (by default, the schedule created at the stage of entering information about the organization is set). IMPORTANT. The place of submission and place of receipt of documents will become available for entry after the first saving. 1 The address is selected from the list of addresses of the organization 2 Places for receiving documents are set at the stage of entering information about the organization (see Section 3)

8 8 11. After filling out all the required fields of the Description of children's association form, click Save. 12. To publish information about the children’s association on the Portal of state and municipal services (functions) of the city of Moscow, you must click Publish. NOTE. After publication, only information about the children's association will be displayed on MPGU without the possibility of submitting an application. To open the acceptance of applications for this association, see the Section Opening the acceptance of applications in the children's association INFORMATION. To open the acceptance of applications to the children's association, you must create an admission plan. To create a reception plan: 1. On the Description of children's association form, click the “+” button. 2. Specify the academic period for which the admission plan is being created. 3. Indicate the number of places (number of applications that can be accepted).

9 9 4. Indicate the teacher (start typing the last name and select from the list provided); 5. Indicate the start date and time for accepting applications (at MPGU); 6. Indicate the closing date and time for accepting applications (at MPGU). 7. Press the “v” button. 6. Editing information about a children's association To edit information about a children's association, you must: 1. In the main menu, select the Register of Children's Associations section. 2. Find the required children's association using a contextual search, or by setting criteria in the advanced search.

10 10 In the search results, the searched keywords are highlighted in color. 3. Select the required children's association from the list. 4. If the children's association is not published on MPGU, make the necessary changes and click Save. 5. If the children's association is published on MPGU, on the Description of the children's association form, click Edit.

11 11 6. In the dialog box, confirm the cancellation of publication at MPGU. 7. Make the necessary changes and click Save. 8. To publish the children's association at Moscow State Pedagogical University, click Publish. 7. Registration and processing of applications To register an application during a personal visit of the applicant, you must: 1. In the main menu, select Register of Applications. 2. Click Register application. 3. On the application form, select a children's association (start typing the name and select from the list provided) and indicate the admission plan.

Fill in the fields: Information about the child: Document (type); Series and number (start dialing the digits of the number and select from the proposed list, if the information is in the Register of contingents); Date of issue; Surname; Name; Surname; Floor; Date of Birth; Educational organization, the organization in which the child is studying, if such information is available (you must start typing the name of the organization and select it from the proposed list); Registration in Moscow; 5. To check whether information about the child is in the Contingent Register, click Check information about the child in the Contingent Register. If you have information, select one of the options provided.

13 13 6. Fill in the fields: Information about the applicant: Last name; Name; Surname; Telephone; ; Document(view); Series and number; Date of issue. 7. To save the entered information, click Save.

14 14 To enroll you must: 1. In the Enrollment section of the application, indicate: Study group (if there are no groups available for selection, you must add a study group (Section 9)); Date of enrollment; Type of basis document; Document Number; Date of the document; Comment (if necessary). 2. Click Enroll. To refuse enrollment you must: 1. In the Refusal to Enroll section of your application, indicate: Reason for refusal; Comment (if necessary). 2. Click Deny Enrollment.

15 15 8. Adding a teacher NOTE. Information about teachers in the ESZ was downloaded from the Automated Personnel System. If necessary, information about teachers (under GPC agreements) can be entered manually. To add information about a teacher, you must: 1. Select the Study Groups section in the menu, then Teachers. 2. Click Add. 3. Fill in the fields: Full name; Telephone; Contact person (if necessary). When this flag is set, the employee will be available for selection on the description form for the children's association in the Contact information section. 4. Press v. 9. Training groups To create a new training group, you must: 1. Select the Training Groups section in the menu, then Training Groups.

On the Basic information tab, fill in the fields: Name of training group; Head (start typing the name of the teacher and select from the proposed list); Maximum number of students in a group, people; Comment (if necessary). 4. Click Save. 5. Indicate the children's association from which enrollment in the group is possible (start typing the name and select from the proposed list). 6. Click Add.

18 18 3. Specify the basis for deduction: Type of document-basis; Document Number; Document date; Reason (text). 4. Click OK. 11. Transfer to another training group To transfer a student to another group, you must: 1. Select the student by checking the box. 2. Click Add to another group.

19 19 3. Select the children's association and group to which the student needs to be transferred. 4. Indicate the basis for the translation: Type of the basis document; Document Number; Document date; Reason (text). 5. Click OK.

20 Register of Students To search for a child in the Register of Students, you must: 1. Select the Study Groups section in the menu, then Register of Students. 2. On the Student Register form, specify the search criteria and click Search. 3. To go to the student’s card, click on the corresponding full name. To enter information about the student’s registration address (if necessary): 1. Specify the registration address (at place of residence/place of stay) on the Student form in the Address section, click the link Specify the address opposite the Registration address field.

Fill in the fields: Address (start typing the street name and select from the list provided); Street (filled in automatically after selecting an address); County (filled in automatically after selecting an address); District (filled in automatically after selecting an address); House/building/building/ (filled in automatically after selecting the address); Nearest metro stations (from the list). 3. Specify the actual address on the Student form in the Address section, click the link Specify the address opposite the Actual address field. 4. If the actual address coincides with the place of registration, check the Address matches the place of registration checkbox. 5. If the actual address does not coincide with the place of registration, fill in the following fields: Address (start typing the street name and select from the proposed list); Street (filled in automatically after selecting an address); County (filled in automatically after selecting an address); District (filled in automatically after selecting an address); House/building/building/ (filled in automatically after selecting the address); Nearest metro stations (from the list). To enter information about legal representatives, you must: 6. On the Student form, in the Legal representatives section, click Add. 7. Indicate: Last name; Name; Surname; Contact number; Click Add.

- For the second and subsequent years of study, the opportunity to register an application is available in the operator’s personal account.
3. For additional education organizations of the Department of Education:
- For the first year of study, the opportunity to register an application in the personal account of the organization’s operator is not available, all applications are received only through the Mos.ru portal;
- For the second and subsequent years of study, the opportunity to register an application is available in the operator’s personal account.
For other organizations (general education organizations, secondary vocational education organizations, etc.), the opportunity to register an application in the personal account of the organization’s operator is always available.
