Each provider provides several payment options so that the subscriber can choose the most suitable and profitable one. Morton Telecom Internet payment can also be made in numerous ways, all of which are reflected on the company’s official website.

Payment Methods

To make a Morton Telecom Internet payment, you can choose one of the options below:

  • Using bank cards of the Visa or MasterCard payment system. The benefit of a plastic card is that you do not have to deal with cash or make payments while you are anywhere in the world.
  • Payment terminals "Moscow Credit Bank". They can be found in large shopping centers, shops, and on the streets. All that is required from the user of Morton Telecom services is to select the required payment on the screen and strictly follow the instructions.

  • The bank PJSC Sberbank of Russia has numerous terminals and cash desks. It is worth noting that this bank provides the opportunity to make payments online. In the latter case, use the “Sberbank Online” application, after logging into which you should initially select “Transfers and Payments”. The search string that appears must contain the name of the provider and indicate the personal account under the contract for the provision of communication services. The “Payment amount” item is important. This option will not cause any difficulties even for a novice user.
  • If we consider methods with additional commissions, an option can be called the Cyberplat system, as well as Rapida. It is possible to use the “Comepay” wallet, through which you can top up your account balance without leaving home and continue to surf the Internet or watch high-quality television.
  • When you contact the provider's office directly for payment, no fees are charged. This also applies to the Eleksnet electronic wallet. If the payment is made at home, via the Internet, the main thing is to follow the instructions provided. Initially, you should go to the official resource of the service and enter authorization data. Otherwise, you will have to complete the registration procedure by clicking on the appropriate button. When logged in, enter the company name in the search bar, selecting the service you need to use. In order for Morton Telecom Internet payment to be made, you will have to fill in all the fields displayed on the screen (indicate the numbers of the agreement concluded with the provider, the amount for payment, the number of the wallet used, as well as the payment password).

For each option to be implemented, there must be the required amount on a bank card, wallet or cash. All the rest are little things that you shouldn’t even pay attention to.

I have been actively using the Internet from Morton Telecom for about a year now. But this is more a forced measure for me than my voluntary desire. Why? I'll tell you in this review.

Cons and features:

  1. Monopolists . There is no alternative. Morton Telecom is a metropolitan company that specializes in broadband Internet access, telephony and television. The company was part of the Morton group of companies, which was recently acquired by the Peak group of companies, and it is engaged in the construction of residential complexes in Moscow and the Moscow region. The point is that this construction company builds huge residential areas, lays communications, networks, etc. And it successfully leases these networks to its subsidiaries. For other providers, it raises such prices and creates such conditions that it becomes unprofitable for them to enter microdistricts. Accordingly, Morton Telecom becomes a monopoly of services in these residential complexes. And people are forced to use their services because there is simply no alternative. In our area, people have repeatedly drawn up collective letters to both the administration and the antimonopoly service. Alas, to no avail.
  2. The speed does not correspond to the tariff, high ping. I have a tariff plan "Blue Butovo", speed up to 50 Mbit/s. The speed in the evenings is much lower. During the day and on weekends, the speed reaches the stated tariff levels. But on weekday evenings everything is completely sad, and sometimes very, very sad:

  3. Expensive. For 50 mb/s I pay 500 rubles. 20 MB/s costs 450 rubles. I think it's expensive. Since before that I used the Internet from Beeline, as well as the Internet from Online. And there the prices were more adequate for the Moscow market. Here, again, monopolists inflate prices and dictate their terms due to the lack of competition. The cheapest tariff costs 150 rubles per 1 MB/s and is available only to disabled people and pensioners.

  4. Paperwork. Limited working hours for installers. It is impossible to submit a request for an Internet connection over the phone, since you must first conclude an agreement. That is, come to their office, sign a contract, and only after that they will set a time for the installer to leave. Morton Telecom has a limited number of offices (we have only one office for the entire Butovo Park 1, 2, 2B and Vostochnoye Butovo). Transport accessibility is not very convenient. Accordingly, time is wasted on unnecessary movements. Other providers have it much easier. The installers bring the contracts with them and only the client's signature is required. Another disadvantage is that installers work from 9 to 18.00, that is, during normal working hours. You cannot select a later time. They don’t say the exact time of connection, although they might say before lunch or after. That is, you need to take time off from work and wait for the installers.
  5. Paid blocking of services. That's how many providers I've tried, and they've never charged me for blocking services. That is, if I need to go somewhere or simply don’t need to use the Internet, then in order for the fee not to be charged, I need to pay 80 rubles for it. Otherwise, the subscription fee will be debited daily (until the balance reaches zero). A small thing, but still unpleasant.

  6. Lack of loyalty program. Regardless of how many years you have been using services from Morton Telecom, no matter how much money you have spent on it, the client will still not receive any pleasant perks. Again, in comparison with other providers who motivate the use of their services with various loyalty programs, give free months of services, award bonus points, etc.
  7. Few payment methods. An insignificant minus, but still worth mentioning. You can pay for Internet and other services from Morton Telecom only by paying with a bank card in your personal account. It is impossible to pay using electronic wallets (WebMoney, Qiwi Wallet, Elexnet, Yandex.Money, etc.), through operators (Euroset, Svyaznoy, etc.), through terminals and online banks (except Sberbank).
  8. Pros:
