Craft is a way to turn basic and simple materials (like cobblestone) into tools/weapons/etc. All players have a 2x2 crafting grid in their inventory that can be used at any time. To access the 3x3 crafting grid you need to use Workbench, which then allows you to create more complex and necessary objects and materials. To craft items in Minecraft, you need to arrange the materials in the correct order for the item you want to create. The slots you place materials in don't matter as long as the template is correct.

Minecraft Crafting Grid is very important to the gameplay as it allows you to use materials to build objects and craft items including weapons, armor, shelter, signs, resources, food, etc. When you first start playing, your character will only have four slots available, limiting the number of items you can make. However, once you create a crafting table, you will be able to use more slots and create additional items. To use the crafting grid, you simply need to open your inventory and place items in the various boxes (or slots). Placing different combinations of materials on the crafting grid will result in different items. There are virtually unlimited recipes available in Minecraft, so create and customize items to your liking! Below is a list of current craftable items and the recipes/templates used to create them.

How to Create a Crafting Bench in Minecraft

Most crafting recipes in Minecraft require you to have access to a 3x3 crafting grid. To access this you will need a crafting table.

Step 1
To create a crafting table, you need to find 1 block of wood (any type). This can be obtained by hitting a tree. When you have 1 block of wood, press "E" to open your inventory and place the wood in the 2x2 grid as shown in the screenshot below.

Step 2
A wooden block will give you 4 wooden planks. Take wooden planks and place them in the crafting grid to make a crafting table.

Step 3

Now take the crafting table and place it at the bottom of your inventory. Select it and right click anywhere on the ground.

Step 4

To use a crafting table, simply move closer to it and right-click on it. You now have access to the 3x3 crafting grid and can use all crafting recipes.

Crafting is the main engine of the cubic world. Without crafting, you can't do anything. Crafting recipes will help you a lot when you start the game, and will be with you throughout the entire gameplay. But you still have to look at this page, as the game is updated, and accordingly new items and their crafts are added. The main crafting window has a size of 2x2 cells. Here you can make all the most basic items: Craft boards from wood, make a stick, and the like. But for more complex tools you will need a Workbench; it has a crafting field measuring 3x3 cells.

What is craft? This is the creation of certain objects from materials obtained in nature, or previously “crafted”. To craft this or that item, you need to know the crafting recipe, which is unique for each item.

Item Durability:

  • Wood - 60 uses
  • Stone - 132 uses
  • Iron - 251 uses
  • Gold - 33 uses
  • Diamond - 1562 uses

Also, every tool and piece of armor has durability. Each material has its own strength, some materials have more, and some have less. Accordingly, the strength and time of use of an item or attribute of armor are different. But if you use an item for other purposes, say you are extracting a stone with a shovel, then the damage to the item will be counted as two units, rather than using the item for its intended purpose and spending only one unit. Therefore, be careful when choosing a tool.

If you play Minecraft, then you need to know everything crafting recipes for the game minecraft. Especially if you are new to this game, then I will help you understand this issue a little and teach you how to craft, that is, create objects.

And so your first day in which you will not be able to survive if you do not start creating the items necessary for survival. You will first need to create a workbench, leather armor and a bed. You can learn all this here. And if you are a more advanced player, you can learn all the other and new crafts. In addition, you will learn and learn how to make a stove, sticks, boards, anvil, weapons, tools and all other things.

In general, let's start from the very beginning. What is craft? Craft- this can be said to be the main component of a game like minecraft. The name of the game even half consists of this word, because crafting is a very important thing in the game. Crafting itself is the creation of an item using a recipe.

Recipes This is a scheme with which you can craft, that is, create the desired item. To do this, you just need to find the right recipe.

But that’s not all, all crafting requires not only recipes but also such an item as Workbench! It is easy to create, but you may ask how to create an item without the workbench itself? For the most common recipes, there is a small panel with four cells that is located in your player’s panel. There you can create boards, weapons, torches and other items. To create the long-awaited workbench in it, simply load four boards into each cell, one thing at a time. Now another question arises: How to get these boards. Please note that you need to put boards there, and not blocks of wood, which you can get by cutting down the tree itself. Having received a tree, put one block in a cell and you will receive boards, it is from them that you can create a workbench.

This is what the workbench recipe looks like:

Congratulations, you have created your first item! And now you can survive in the cruel game world of Minecraft.

There are nine cells in the workbench, in the recipe we simply look at what needs to be inserted into the cell, find the desired resource from the inventory and put it in the cell. After you put in all the resources, you will receive the long-awaited item from the recipe.

Then create all the other items, weapons and armor you need. See the recipes themselves on the flash screen below. Click on the desired item and its recipe will appear on the screen, everything is very convenient and understandable.

Launch the flash player by clicking on it and then click on the item whose recipe you want to know:

As you already understood, on this flash screen everything is divided into recipe categories: standard, blocks, weapons and armor, food, tools, mechanisms, fur and steel.

There is also one more question when installing mods, many of them bring new recipes into the game, you will find them in the description of the mod itself or using mods such as Xtra Recipes or Recipe Book. You will find these mods on my website.

Well, now you have learned a lot and learned the most important thing - crafting. Thank you for your attention and have an interesting game.
